REGARDING ONLINE EVENT

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT 1

I hereby declare and accept the following matters in advance regarding my participation in the online event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") to be held by Webinar Demo, where participation will be provided by granting access authorization to defined users, and I further declare and undertake that I will comply with the matters written in this Agreement.

1. Scope and Purpose

The subject of this Confidentiality Agreement is the protection of the confidentiality of all written, verbal, visual, and digital information, documents, and visuals shared by Webinar Demo and its employees as well as other event participants within the scope of the Event content and Event-related work during and after the Event organized online by Webinar Demo, with great sensitivity and care; and the determination of the scope and obligations of confidentiality, with these information and documents not being shared, processed, or transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of Webinar Demo.

2. Confidential Information

All kinds of information, documents, presentations, projects, graphics, drawings, digital designs, photographs, correspondence, username and passwords granted for access to the site that have been/will be disclosed to participants in written/verbal/digital format or that can be accessed through Webinar Demo systems/Event link by Webinar Demo officials, employees, consultants, business partners and/or other event participants during or after the Event, regarding the Event content, Event presentations and work related to the Event, are considered "Confidential Information" and are within the scope of this Agreement.

The presentation of Confidential Information to participants during or after the Event within the scope of Event-related work does not mean that the relevant Confidential Information has been publicized/disclosed to the public by Webinar Demo, and the Confidential Information must be kept confidential in all cases.

3. Confidentiality Obligation

Regarding the Confidential Information disclosed/shared by Webinar Demo officials, employees, consultants, business partners and/or other event participants within the scope of Event-related work during or after the Event, I declare, accept, and undertake:

1. To protect the Confidential Information with great confidentiality and care, not to transmit, disclose to any third party, especially to sector companies, not to change, deform the Confidential Information and/or not to disclose it to the public,
2. Not to use directly or indirectly outside the Event purpose,
3. Not to share the username and passwords defined for logging into the Event link with anyone and to keep the password confidential,
4. Not to personally record/film, register, process or modify the Event content and Confidential Information,

4. Property Rights Regarding Event Materials

I declare and undertake that I know and accept Webinar Demo's ownership, copyright, and other intellectual property rights regarding all information-document-materials (briefly "Materials") shared, disclosed, displayed, distributed within the scope of Event-related work during or after the Event, and that I will respect these rights and avoid all kinds of transactions and actions that would constitute a violation of these rights.

5. Final Provisions

I irrevocably declare, accept, and undertake that I will comply with the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the legislation in force for the protection of Confidential Information, and that in case of non-compliance with my declarations and undertakings in this Agreement, I will compensate for all material-moral damages that Webinar Demo and related third parties will suffer as a result.

I hereby declare and accept the following matters in advance regarding my participation in the online event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") to be held by Webinar Demo, where participation will be provided by granting access authorization to defined users, and I further declare and undertake that I will comply with the matters written in this Agreement.

The subject of this Confidentiality Agreement is the protection of the confidentiality of all written, verbal, visual, and digital information, documents, and visuals shared by Webinar Demo and its employees as well as other event participants within the scope of the Event content and Event-related work during and after the Event organized online by Webinar Demo, with great sensitivity and care; and the determination of the scope and obligations of confidentiality, with these information and documents not being shared, processed, or transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of Webinar Demo.

2. Confidential Information
